Bleeding Heart

Lamprocapnos spectabilis - When I look back at the images from cameras like the K20D or, as this one, the K5, it makes me wonder why I upgraded! Of course, that's fine looking at the images in isolation, and the newer cameras are better, but there was nothing much wrong with shooting at 14.6MP or 16MP as long as the full frame was used and the enlargement wasn't over the top.

I cant agree more theres loads of detail in this even at browser width. I too look at some of my old photos and find digital photos taken 20 odd years ago with a 3.1MP Canon are excellent and my first Pentax K7 produced some truly amazing results.
I believe if theres not enough light to make a scene look good to look at then theres probably not enough light to make a good photograph no matter what the camera.
