This image is far too dark you would also find that the composition would be better if (in the next shot you try) there was more room in front o the bird to fly into..
Or to clarify this bird would need to be nearer the left hand side of the picture and perhaps higher ..

Pentax K7 and K5 and several black tubey things with magnifying glass in that twist around and move in and out - to be honest I am not sure exactly what I have. Will list the proper names one day..
