This is a much better portrait then the previous was. I don't like her hand in the picture I think that is unnecessary. I also cloned out the lights on the (her) right side of her nose because there is only one main light in the real life.

Thanks , getting better
I had very limited time with the model and still learning to direct poses "more or less letting them do there own thing" hopefully this will come to me with experience .

The most important thing is the communication. You should talk to the model continously and she will watch you.
Regarding the poses I can suggest that you should look at many pictures (e.g. 500px.com, 1x.com, etc.) and try to reproduce them.
I like in your picture that the line of her nose is parallel with the edge of the picture.

Thanks , ill do that plus Ive been watching a few other photographers with the same models , so I'm looking forward to the next time so Ill be able to be more instructive rather than "some standing " some sitting " and "head shot "

Going to be taking some all day work shops with an excellent photographer called Eric Murphy in the new year so I'm hoping to learn a lot more by going there too.

Martin S. Martin said me that he instructs the model even she's in a right position:
"Tilt a bit your head to right! It's too much, tilt a bit back!"
Her head is in the original position but the photographer takes the control.

Can't wait for the next meet up at the studio , I should get a bit more time with the models and I won't feel too uneasy in directing them , and i definitely won't be rushing my shots because some one else is waiting to shoot the same model , like I did last time, its not like they do for you!

The taking a good shot needs a lot of time. I don't like taking shots of my wife because she always asks me "Is it done already? ".
