Sorry Elaine, I agree with Bob but in addition would like to say it is just another flag. There is nothing in here that would make me look a second time. In my opinion it would need a different angle to make it stand out.
This is my opinion and I ma sure thre will be others would would differ from me. Sorry to disappoint you.

Elaine for the picture in question I tink you will find the answer lies in the processing. If you were to take the shot again then set your metering mode to spot and take the reading from the flag. Using the pattern mode will read the whole scene.
