The photo was taken on Christmas in Tallinn's Old Town in Estonia in front of the Olde Hansa restaurant (near Town Hall Square, Raekoja plats). Restaurant hostess invites guests to eat.

Agree with Larry, the moment of capture looks like she is indeed telling off some noisy kids and NOT inviting guests. Lovely composition and great colours. O, good timing
