Very pleasing composition, B&W is perfect!

Reminds me of my time working in B'ham in the 70s, though that tall office block wasn't there then!

Not sure about the partial globe light fixture on LHS edge, it rather catches my eye and pulls it out of the image, crop or clone out maybe, just a thought.
