Interesting shot, Axel. I bet you don't know how "posh" as a word was coined!
Sorry Andrew - not sure what you mean with "as a word was coined"???

Lets try 'Port Out, Starboard Home'.
It refers to the golden age of sea travel for those who could afford to pay extra for a cabin on the 'cool' side of the ship when travelling around Africa and on to India and the far east. This was of course in the days before air conditioning made such arrangments unneccessary.

And also there's this addition about it: Lets try 'Port Out, Starboard Home'.

"More likely from slang posh "a dandy" (1890), from thieves' slang meaning "money" (1830), originally "coin of small value, halfpenny," possibly from Romany posh "half."

Different and interesting shot!
