It's hard to report it to the RSPCA as we live in Spain but my wife is going to find out where to report it in Malaga.

I did not notice your location, It is probable not worth your effort, as spanish animal warefare is very different to
to british.

Thanks Mauirce we know the problems in Spain but there are places where it can be reported it's just finding them.
