Simply stunning, has to be one of the best Moon photos I’ve seen, nice one.

Great shot Spad...i've got the same telescope although have never used image stacking so your shot is clearer than the best of mine taken with the K-50.

HOWEVER...I took an image or two I think you would be interested in. With your permission can I crash your thread?

Hi Spad,

back again...

Only thing is i've just found that I can't post images into this box so i'll have to open another thread...i'll title it as a continuation of your thread.

I've got several images to post...some cropped...not good quality and my sensor was only 16MP so a challenge anyway...but was astounded with what I saw. In a nutshell...several spacecraft zoomed across the face of the Moon from left to right as I viewed whilst another similar one seemed to be moving slowly around a crater surface...and NO I don't use substances and neither had i been drinking.

I instinctively pressed the shutter but these things were moving fast but I was gobsmacked when on close inspection I could just about make them out. They are not artifacts or dead pixels or dust. Can make out distinct round shapes which might be plasma type propulsion or some such..don't know. I have seen something similar previously on youtube or somesuch so had something to
relate to.

Anyway...i'll open a new topic and put something up...don't expect instant miracle...you have to concentrate to see what i'm describing...but definitely happened...back in 2018.

Cheers

Karlo

Returning to the current one -- it's superb.
