I like this confident and interesting portrait very much. The lighting is delicate and subtle, letting the personality of the boy shine through. The cropping and composition are very good with the strong angular line down one side of the face and on down the forearm, cross-balanced by the jauntily placed spectacles and the folds of material running up by the other jaw line.

wonderfull - reminds me of so many things in the past. This is really a touching portrait and one of the pictures everyone would love to have, once he/she is 30 years older.

Very clever work, well done!

Great work and great model. He must be a very patient boy who knows so well how to pose.
