No I don't think it is, Tim. It's a lovely pose and a sweet looking girl but the fussy blouse, eye make-up and lashes would make me want to reshoot this.

I have to agree with Andrew on this one. The pose and composition is good though.
Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!

I have to agree with all the above but I'm glad even you have your off days
Lighting is spot on and the pose is a classic
The make up is all wrong she has stopped at the cheek and the hands are too pale in comparison to the face.

foundation should be the same colour as the neck but as their is little neck in the shot the hands should be the same colour.

Great light and like the pose and background. Makeup looks a little heavy around her eyebrow and forehead, but that's probably just me.
