Worlds largest biplane!!

I would love to see an An2 in the air. Never seen one, let alone a flying one!!

You don't need a heating pad on board It's quite warm from a running engine, and climbing a kilometer or so takes a little time. The paratroopers immediately went down to land after the next group of paratroopers-firefighters.

A very large percentage of transportation of residents of the North of Russia over short distances falls on the AN-2 and MI-8. Very strong and reliable machines.

I love An2s! I got the chance to fly in one in Hungary a few years ago. Not all the occupants enjoyed it - six of them jumped out!! Wonderful photo!
