Eek - that is very yellow (on my screen in any case). Not sure it is my cup of tea.

Otherwise a well composed photo, where in Yorkshire were you?

I was going to say that.. but I'm too much of a gentleman

It's probably due to the filter?

Thanks Gwyn, it must have been through using that 7dayshop variND that has caused the colour cast. I thought it looked (and many of the others) too yellow too and you have just confirmed it for me. It will give me few hours entertainment trying to correct it before deleting them At least I didn't get the dread Black Cross from the filter. We were around the area of Hawes - Hardraw and had samples of all sorts of weather but an enjoyable day out nevertheless. Birthday next month so may accidently leave a 'wants' with a couple of decent grads on it lying around, who knows eh?

Apart from the yellow it's a nice shot. Why delete them if you can save them in PS.
CHEERS Vic.
Born again biker with lots of Pentax bits. Every day I wake up is a good day. I'm so old I don't even buy green bananas.

Thanks Vic. I'll see what I can salvage in PS.

Thanks Charlotte, that is easier on the eyes. Gwyn also made me smile as I was reminded of an advert on the TV where an old couple paint their son's bedroom bright yellow which gets him to pack up and move out, much to the delight of the parents.

I just opened the raw file in ACR again and it's showing the 'As Shot Temperature' reading 9200 no idea how I missed that. Clicked on Daylight and it looks more 'normal' safe to take my sunglasses off anyway

I thought I had the WB set to Daylight and in the settings thought I had adjustable range set to Fixed. So it's back to the Manual, menus and suggestions

We were in the Hawes - Hardraw ( private waterfall marked on road maps ) area. Not sure where the above and below is exactly but will ask at the club on Thursday. At the one pictured ( first post 'Yellow' ) there are two falls and everyone thinks the upper is the better. The path down is quite treacherously slippery, stout boots recommended.

lower falls example only Think its showing some raindrops too ( only resized in ps )

At Hardraw you go through the pub to pay and to the waterfall, it was packed, with some of the patrons having musical intruments with them and having a jolly time. We didn't join them. I'm goig to see if anyone can give me itinery of our trip as we used a small Wat Bus and as you probably know the windows are at floor level except for the windscreen so it was a real mystery tour. The only pub I was in was the Kings Head Hotel in Richmond (had a pot of tea and a piece of choclate cake) with three other club members who had coffee, it was only a brief stop mainly for toilet purposes. I'm going to try and find out the names of the locations.

resized only about 1/4 mile from pub
