It can be frustrating after the postman cards you when you pop out to the compost bin, then you wait 4 hours to collect from the sorting office, if it hasn't already closed, then you find the battery takes hours and hours and hours to complete its first charge.

Welcome! I remember waiting for my K-5 to arrive... then waiting for the battery to charge... Then waiting for the Tamron lens I ordered along with it to arrive (I did have a manual focus lens I got cheaply on ebay to use in the meantime). Once all that waiting is over it's great!

Mine came last week luckily I had a fully charged battery waiting but was disappointed to find I needed to do a firmware update.
