I think that I've got one somewhere in the loft with a couple of different
top sections for different size lenses.
I'll go up there tomorrow and dig it out..

Sorry if I raised expectations, but I've been in the loft this morning and now believe that the case went with the LX last year...
I did find the following LX-related items whilst I was looking:
Two case top covers for larger lenses,
A LX user manual,
The 79 page review of the LX system by Geofrey Crawley,
A LX focusing screen.
You are welcome to any/all of it as I no longer need it.
If you can use it, P.M. me your address.

I wonder if any of the other MX/ME/MG cases would be a close enough fit for a LX?

No idea. But looking for LX case with LX branding on it to have a complete set If nothing comes up by tomorrow will source from eBay

as the title says I'm looking for a Pentax LX case, the original one. Anyone has one that they willing to part with?
