wtb: Pentax K20D body

Hello, i'm looking for Pentax K20D body, possible with grip.
Didn't sell my old camera but just want to see if anybody will be interested with sale.
As long the shutter is below 30-40.000 actuations i'll be interested.
I'll be able to buy it in next few days as i have my old camera on ebay and waiting to end auction.
