WTB: MF (6x6+) Scanner

I'm looking for a flatbed scanner that will take - at least - 6x6 negs, so basically an Epson F-3200/Perfection 3200/4180/4490/4990, Canon 9900F/9950F/9000F/8800F/8600F, etc.

MAXIMUM budget is around £100, but ideally it'd come in at a lot less than that. I'm quite happy to use a (much) older scanner as long as it'll scan 120. USB is preferred but not essential, as I can always grab a cheap SCSI card to run it off.

So, anyone got anything which might fit the bill?

i have an epson perfection 1640 with the backlit slide/neg scanning attachment. Will do medium format in fact anything up to 5x4 IIRC. Has all the inserts for 6x6, 6x7etc. PM me if interested.
