I'm also looking for such an adaptor.
Can't find one on a webstore ... all sold out or not available anymore !
And when I find one, it's incredibly expensive !

If someone knows a webstore where I can buy one, I would be so much grateful. Or maybe somebody who doesn't need this adaptor ?

I've seen sites with schematics for building your own, belive the voltage is 8.5v, I think the socket is proprietary to Pentax but a plug was available from Farnell (if they still exist) Good Luck

Input Voltage: 100V-240V AC (50-60Hz)
Output Voltage: 8.4V
Amperage: 2A

A little googling and I found compatible plug MQ172-3SA-CV(50) Digi-Key Part Number H10485-ND (center pin is +V and shield is GND) (only $2.99).
