I do have a Sigma 70-200 EX APO Pentax sitting in my dry cabinet. I used it with my K10D. Planning to sell it because I am now using Nikon.

I am wondering, why does the tokina look old. I also have the 80-200 at-x pro and hoping to upgrade to the K5 or FF if it ever comes. Wondering why it is making you say it looks old? Is the resolution too low, is the sensor better than the lens?

It seems that the chip on the my Tokina does not "talk" with my K5. So I went to tokina service to reset the chip and they told me that unfortunately they do not make this service on such old lens (2001). So I found I different solution .... I did it by myself with a chip resetter I've prepared for such use. So no need to change such very good lens.I am wondering, why does the tokina look old.
