Actually I did manage to get one processed from today's walk. On its own because it doesn't fit in with anything else I took.
A bit random, really, you might say.

Of course, Ian. Permission never needed...just assume.

It's an interesting photo but I think the PP that you did wasn't really suited, it almost look like a white blue duotone.

Well at least I saw it

Why blue instead of a more earth tone?

Um...that's a difficult one. Obviously not a great idea...but I loved the tree when I saw it and the shot's not bad either. Perhaps a straight mono conversion would have been better, Stefan.

Andrew,

My interpretation herewith, and now reading the thread, may not be what you had intended?

Thanks Gareth, Butt!

I-Berg your interpretation is so much better. I quite liked mine but you can see more in yours!

Thanks for you efforts (might send all my shots to Aus for post-processing in the future!)

Andrew

I see it now Gary, though didn't until you pointed it out. To me, it's like a stylised version, as one might see in hieroplyphics from Pharaonic Egypt.

The collegiate, cooperative approach coupled with diverse views (not to mention the knowledge and talent) here is what makes it a superior forum, IMO. Good stuff.
