Wrist Strap

Can anyone recommend a wrist strap - and also advise where I might get it in the UK (preferably on the high street rather than online)?

I find the shoulder strap sometimes catches on things, with potentially disastrous conseqences. Have dropped my camera twice because of this but fortunately it hasn't sustained any damage.
