Light in Lapland is very low and uniform, so it required quite a bit of PP, and was concerned I might have overdone it.

Thanks to all of you for the kind comments!
I have not compared them head to head, so I cannot make any scientific claim. The photos shown above are part of my very first outing with the DA 15, while I have used the 12-24 for 3 years now. Of the 12-24 I really like sharpness and the colours. As a comparison, below are a few pictures I took in the same place in Lapland 3 years ago. It was a bit earlier in the day and clear sky, so light is different:

Stuey, I cannot decide which I like more between the DA 15 and the DA 12-24, which I also have. I got the DA 15 recently thanks to a lens swap, and the intention was to decide which I would keep. Very photogenic location and a really nice set of images. Well done. I like numbers 2 and 5 of the first set. Second set are excellent also, particularly the first two.
