Sixty lottery tickets?!

Seriously, you won't get much for that kind of money, but it depends on what you mean by wide?

I presume you mean wider than the 18mm of the very capable kit lens? What do you have in mind?

I would suggest the Zenitar 16/2.8, which is a superb optic on digital. It's a fisheye, but can easily be de-fished in software if you want a rectilinear view.

The plunging value of Sterling will have made it more expensive than it used to be though...

I've been looking into these Zenitars, and have read a few reviews mentioning that they are great, but I'm worried about the actual fisheye capabilities of these lenses on a DSLR (I have a K20D), I'm guessing it won't be quite as effective as on a film SLR due to the 1.4x difference? Or am I being silly :/
For the love of all things photogenic!

Pentax K20D | Pentax SMC II DA ALII 18 - 55 | Sigma 400mm AF f5.6 | Fisheye wanted for play time!

Centon K100 | Centon 50 / 1.7 | Centon 70 - 210 /4.0 - 5.6 (for my now retired film SLR).

On a DSLR it's not particularly fishy - more like a 20mm lens on film, but with a lot of barrel distortion

I love the Zenitar for it's super sharpness and smooth rendering, but if you want a true fisheye you'd be better off with the DA10-17 I think.

The guy who wrote the Proxel Lens Corrector has a lot of Pentax + Zenitar examples on his website, if you want to take a look.
