Why Medium Format?

I was fortunate to land a decent bonus a few years ago, the wife got a newer car and I had a Z, I'd always fancied MF and thought I'd treat myself.

Its used for a lot of portrait / nude work as well as landscapes and more recently macro with a set of extension tubes, its lovely to use, a solid clunk of a shutter but the detail it resolves is astonishing, a portrait from 10 feet full length, zoom in and you can see the blood vessels in the lassies eyes !!

For me its such a nice piece of kit to use, the results are superb, it feels good in the hands and is a dream to use, I also use a K1 and a K3ii as well, I do fancy seeing what the Z could do at the Mach Loop at some time ??
