First time in years I can remember not seeing a thread re the Goth weekend.

Anybody going other than me and Hard Gravity?

Yes, I'm going, for the first half of the day. . in the afternoon I'll be visiting the North Yorks Railway. From about 8.30-9am I'll probably be in the usual Sandgate cafe.

Can't make it this time, but we'll be there in November.

Whitby was glorious on the Friday, Sat was cold and wet, Sunday was just as cold.

Don't know about Carl & David but I thought it was quiet, especially given that it was the 21st anniversary.

I didn't take many pics but did manage a few half decent shots:

I went for the day on Saturday. Weather was OK until Lunch then it went awful so I headed home early afternoon.

Some great pictures of what looks like a fascinating event. Looking at the events web site I came across this .

Whilst being quite a long article it's thought provoking and raises some interesting points generally about how any of may or may not conduct ourselves at "events" etc .
