I believe one of the other forum lads had a bit of a discussion with a white lens addict. I'm off to Halfords this afternoon to buy some white enamel paint.

Apparently, this white lens user had the misfortune of a viewfinder backfire...

The camera was insured, so it survived to snare another innocent.

Graham's been taking close up lessons
PS I took this from the coffee shop window. Some of us stopped for a break but Graham kept on snapping.

It was a great day Ken, I especially enjoyed meeting some old Forum friends and some new ones as well. I also got my fish and chips on the way back to the car.
Father Ted remarked on the steam punks, there were a lot of them at Whitby and I have some shots which I'll post later.

And yet another one from me.

I would be interested in some C&C on this one, especially towards the rending of the colours, would it pass for an early Victorian colour plate?

And yes, I will remove the TV ariels if comments are favorable.

I like it. Not up to speed on the Victorian stuff but others may be. Either way it works well for me.

Yes the reduction in colour saturation works very well. As for early Victorian plates? That's before my time Alan but I like the picture.

I'm with the other guys, it's a lovely photo and it works for me but I've no idea about the Victorian plates
