Thanks both.
It was my first time out properly with the 50mm. I usually use the Sigma 17-50 f2.8 so it was quite interesting using a fixed 50, really makes you think about the shot you are looking for and how to achieve it.
Unfortunately I was trying to stop my 1 year old from climbing in peoples boats also so I didn't really have time to think about it too much!
