Which version should I enter into the small pictures competition?

I'm entering my first exhibit which is caled the small pictures exhibition. I have joined plain arts and this will be my first ever exhibit. What I would like to know is which image is better and which one should I use? I hear professional photographers are taking part, so I'll probably don't stand a chance, but never mind.

Here is a link to a prevoiuse time when the competion was being ran.

I have to pay £5 per entry, so I'm only entering one. Many thanks and hope you can advise me.

Good luck, whichever you decide then I would advise straightening the horizon.
You can see some of my photos here if you are so inclined

+1

I prefer 1 - both have the Photoshop type halo around the sun edges - these can be reduced or eliminated with careful use of the clone stamp and healing brush if this is allowed by the competition rules

Of the two, #1 is the better.
But I'd not trust my photos to Picasa for editing, though I see they are time stamped 2013, so you may have better software since then?
If you still have the RAW I'd be re developing them in the better software. That's my opinion only though
Good luck.

Sent it in now, so I'll see what happens. What should I use beside Picasa for editing? At the moment I'm using Cyberlink power director.

Too late then to correct the squint horizon
