Which flashgun for a K100d

Hi, I have a Pentax K100D and am wanting to buy a flashgun to go with it. I don't want to spend lots of money but I want a good alround workhorse. I've been looking at the Pentax AF 360FGZ TTL Flashgun and the SIGMA 530 DG SUPER. Any tips or advice. I particularly noticed that the Pentax flash doesn't swivel which presumably can make bounce flash harder in portrait. Are ther any others I should look at <£170

I am still quite a beginner so any advice before purchase would be really helpful.

Wow, quite an endorsement already. Any more for Metz or are there any other contenders?

My Dad recently bought the Metz 48 and TBH I don't think you can do better without paying a lot more. The only thing it lacks which I would have liked to see is an old style Auto mode so it can be used automatically on Film bodies, but as long as you're only using it on your K100D it will serve you very well indeed.
you don't have to be mad to post here

but it does help

One more thing about Metz. Flash guns is what they do! They have been doing it fyears and are very good at it, so when buying a flash gun you have to give them serious consideration.
