Which flash bracket?

I've been inspired by the latest Pentax User mag and decided to try more macro photography this year.
I can't afford a ring-flash so would like to use my Pentax 360 flash wirelessy off camera.
Can anyone suggest a suitable flash bracket for this type of set up, I'm thinking about the Novoflex flash-griff (see link below) has anyone used this.

Have not used it but 89 pounds for a bracket is a tad steep.

What about cheap and practical?

The umbrella holder bit can hold a reflector card?

A lighting stand and a flash adapter/brolly holder would be much more useful and cheaper, take a look at Calumet link

Sorry Ken I should have mentioned I'll be doing mainly wildlife macro (butterflies,dragonflies etc) so I'll need a portable set-up.

It's probably just me but I hand hold everything
Camera in my right hand and the flash in my left, it can be cumbersome since the flash and camera are both set to manual mode but it has work for me so far.

I bought one of THESE a while back.
Works well (although I don't use it much since I bought a ringflash)

A bit off topic but there are those ringflash adapters right, are they any good?

Also bought a couple of cheap AF 160 flashguns to mount on it and some connectors so they are both linked to my 'x' sync socket.

I confess I haven't tried it all out yet, so no idea what the results will be like.

I've decided to go for a cheaper flash bracket and K10D's suggestion a Swivel Flash Bracket Umbrella Holder, will let you know how it works.

I have a Light Stand Mount Swivel Flash Bracket . it will work with most of Camera. It is very cheap and works well.
