Which flash bracket?

A lighting stand and a flash adapter/brolly holder would be much more useful and cheaper, take a look at Calumet link

It's probably just me but I hand hold everything
Camera in my right hand and the flash in my left, it can be cumbersome since the flash and camera are both set to manual mode but it has work for me so far.

Thanks for the ideas chaps, you've just saved me a few quid.
I've decided to go for a cheaper flash bracket and K10D's suggestion a Swivel Flash Bracket Umbrella Holder, will let you know how it works.

I have a Light Stand Mount Swivel Flash Bracket . it will work with most of Camera. It is very cheap and works well.

I can't afford a ring-flash so would like to use my Pentax 360 flash wirelessy off camera.
Can anyone suggest a suitable flash bracket for this type of set up, I'm thinking about the Novoflex flash-griff (see link below) has anyone used this.
