Is there any rules of WHEN the picture had to be taken? Weather is pretty down at the moment but I got one from last year that may just be good enough when I still had my Samsung GX-10.

The image can be taken at any time for the weely comp. It's the fortnightly comp. were it has to be taken during the comp.
