I haven't tried this one, the ones I use are Clikpic and Moonfruit.

Moonfruit is based on Microsoft Publisher and is soooooo easy to use and very, very good.
Clikpic is a tad harder but extremely good for photographers with some excellent tools.

I would say that are all the same but they aren't. The 2 I have mentioned, I find, are fantastic.

I used Concrete5 for my website redesign - life is too busy to even think about all that messing with Dreamweaver.....
