Watchtower Bay

So decided to pop along to another local beach that I've been trying to shoot for a while now. I saw an image in a local coffee store of a scene with a concrete jetty in and Steve Everitt managed to locate it for me as Watchtower Bay. Having scouted out the location prior and turning up 2 hours before high tide I knew it needed a high tide and when I did scout it, the water was no where neat the jetty! Today, from checking I had a high tide and a sunset at the same time so it was on for a nice sunset image BUT the cloud cover snuffed it all out and the light was flat and poor so I knew it would be monochrome conditions. I've taken a few more and may look to process them in the coming days but these 2 are the images that grabbed my eye. Funnily enough they are the very first and last images I shot tonight. The later being nearly pitch dark to the eye.

Both have a bit of noise but I've pushed them a bit as the light was poor and dark and don't want to denoise any more as it'll soften them

Don't know what you call golden moons but that's the moon in a golden colour as it rose
