Two photographers have been fined for disturbing sea eagles.

see link

Hopefully this will make some people think twice and listen to the advice of the RSPB etc.

It's much worse than silly plonkers.

It's uncaring, inconsiderate, selfish morons, and they deserve what they got.

So, not a warning on bird photography. But a warning on being an uncaring, inconsiderate, selfish moron.

Selfish and downright idiotic with seemingly only one thing in mind...themselves
The sheer arrogance of it...they appear to have gone prepared shame they didnt heed the warnings

Deserve all they get they are niether birders nor photographers in my mine
All the best

As a very responsible Wildlife Photographer and an RSPB member I was a little annoyed by this quote from that article

"but unacceptable behaviour from people who think they are above the law and choose to disturb protected wildlife like the eagles will not be tolerated — wildlife photographers in particular need to take note."

Excuse me Mr Sexton but we DON'T need to take note because the majority of us are responsible and wouldn't dream of approaching nesting birds!
My Names Alan, and I'm a lensaholic.

Totally unacceptable behavior by irresponsible people, who need to be educated.
Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!

Good point.
I think that was a somewhat irresponsible comment by Mr Sexton!
