Wanted: Wide angle lens

I'm interested in a wide angle lens for the K20D - £400 ish.

Pentax or Sigma or Samsung 12-24mm
Sigma 10-20mm
Tamron 10-24mm
Pentax 14mm

I've spotted a second hand SIGMA 12-24mm for £499 and the Samsung for £499. I missed the £300 Pentax 14mm recently sold on ebay

If there are any potential sellers out there, I'm interested.
