Wanted: Pentax FA 35 f2.0

I would like an FA35 f2 to go with my K10D as a 'standard' lens. I have only just got my K10d with the kit zoom as my only auto focus or auto aperture lens and previously have only had film cameras Pentax MX, MV-1, SP500 and SV mainly using 50mm lenses and favouring that FOV.

I just missed out on one on e-bay and not knowing when the next one might come up found this site and signed up.

I would also consider a Samsung D-Xenogon 35 f2

The Amazon price for that lens is currently £549, so getting a used one certainly makes sense.

I have the Samsung D-Xenogon 35/2 with box, hood and pouch, but out of warranty. What sort of price were you considering?

(I ask this because I'm thinking of getting the Sigma 30mm f/1.4, so the 35mm is potentially for sale!)

What sort of condition is you Xenogon in?

Mine is in very good condition. The box has got some tatty corners. Original caps and hood. Glass is clear and unmarked, all the mechanics are good - I haven't actually used it much.

This used Samsung went recently: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320680113199 so there isn't much difference between the used Pentax and the used Samsung based on those two examples.

I'll take some pictures of mine on Wednesday, since I was planning on putting mine on ebay anyway. I'll post them here tomorrow.

As you can see the box is tatty, everything else is fine.
