Wanted: Pentax 55-300mm WR

Does anyone have a mint copy 55-300 they're looking to move on? I don't want PLM, just the previous WR version. Please let me know.

I only have the PLM version (which I never use) - I assume your DSLR's aren't the later type? I always wished Pentax had released a firmware update that allowed the later lenses to be used fully functionally with models such as the K5iis

Yes it is for use with my k5ii. That wont work with the PLM so i am after the WR version.

I have the WR version (HD Pentax-DA 55-300mm F4-5.8 ED WR), in good condition, boxed and with the pouch that I bought new from SRS years ago. Nowadays it rarely sees any use except on my K-1ii in crop mode. I used it this last weekend for a local air show. These are unsharpened and uncropped.










If I move it on It will prompt me to get something FF.

That's a good price for a great lens. I've got one that I paid £150 for some time ago and it isn't for sale.

Lens arrived, very well packaged, and it is truly mint. Actually it is more like new!

I am not sure I can match the bee on the blossom photo above, but I will certainly give the lens a good work out. At the Duxford airshow a couple of weekends ago the 18-135 was too short, so the 55-300 should be a good compliment to it on the K5II.
