Bought several items from Micro-Tools and have always been impressed with their service. Within the EU so no hidden charges etc.

Ebay, an Indian company sell the kit you want, spanners and the lens vice.
I did have the kit from them, but have since got rid of it all,my hands are not steady enough.
Also you could try SRB-Griturn 01582 661878, they even make special parts.
