This one is still available at SRS - perhaps if it's not suitable for you (price, actuations, location), then if you explain why then folk might be able to better assist you.

London Camera Exchange have had them on occasions, and there's none on Ebay (but you probably know that already). Don't think they are particularly common, so you may not find many offers on here.
