Wanted: K200D

How about one with just 600 shutter actuations, boxed with all original items and really is just like new - all for £295. Includes the 18-55mm lens originally supplied with it too.
The going rate on a well known auction site looks to be around £300 plus, but no doubt will have had much more use than this one.

Hello John. If you go to completed listings on ebay you'll find that 200 is more like the going rate for k200d's with less than 5000 actualisations. I also hear what you say about the actualisations on yours, which sounds great. I've been watching on ebay but am keen to get my hands on one, Is the lens the WR one?
cheers, David

Hello David,
Welcome to the forums by the way - just noticed these are your first posts on here.
If you show me some recent links to a virtually brand new K200D mint and boxed with lens that sold for around the £200 mark I may well reconsider. However if I saw a brand new one at that price I may even be tempted to buy another myself! The price is negotiable though, but I'm not in a rush to sell it just for the sake of it and if you prefer a more used one for less money then I understand.
The ones on eBay that I can see presently for sale are all over £300 with P&P and I doubt are in as good a condition.
The lens is the AL II version as supplied with the K200D (WR ones came later.)
The price I mentioned includes Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK whereas the eBay ones seem to show P&P as an extra.
Anyway, show me what you've seen and I'll certainly have a think about it.
John
If any one else wishes to offer David a K200D as well, please do not hesitate.

Park Cameras (where I got my K200D from) also have the 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 AL II kit lenses available used for £35-£39

Ebay might be a bit of a lottery, but if you get the body and lenses from reputable dealers you have more protection.
Good luck with your hunt...unfortunately mine isn't for sale!

Thank you everyone for your offers and help! I am so EXCITED! I've just bought the SRS K200d body with tiny amounts of scuffing on the lcd, 6 ,months warranty and 3,400 actuations for 169pounds delivered! (thank you Chris) There is a silver k200d with 900 actuations and perfect in london camera exchange with kit lens for 249pounds but my funds wont allow it! Now for a WR lens!!! I'm tempted by the 18-55WR used? then the cheapest old but good prime of any sort I can find!

Hello John, thank you for your interest.
I've been reading the k200d book by David Busch (brilliant)and generally doing a crash course in photography and getting headaches!
I've taken about 1000 shots so far, some with takumar 55 1.8, and some with helios 44m.
Taken some lucky beginner stunners which i will post as soon as i sort my software out. i have picasa but am heading quickly toward lightroom as i want to edit in raw.
The camera is amazing, the more i learn avbout it, and i find the top lcd and the wheel to change settings brilliant.
I was drawn to this camera by the quality of the photos on the "miss your k200d" tread, and have not been let down by mine!
Cheers, David

Hi all!
Is anybody still interested in k200d?
Since I have k5 I'm keeping k200 as second camera, but actually I don't need it..
