I have this lens tucked away somewhere, I picked it up with some other gear, its infested with fungus and haze, I was going too bin it, I may be able to help you out with the holder but the filters I gave to a buddy.

That would be a great help, I was thinking it would require me to make a holder, the filters might be easier, thank you I will PM you.

What size are the filters you are looking for? I have some screw in ones that might work. I'm not familiar with your lens so I don't know if they'll be OK.

They are for a Tokina 350mm mirror lens. They screw onto the rear element housing and are 35.5mm threaded.

I have a Skylight, NDX2, & NDX4, in a brown leatherette wallet, red velvet lined, complete with spanner/tool for screwing/unscrewing them.

Thanks Clarky, but I found them and edited my post above with correct info.

If the filters required are 22.5mm, mine are too big.

Sigma gives the rear filters as being 30.5mm, yet I've seen lots of people refer to 22.5mm filters - is there a difference for different versions of the lens?

It may well be the case, This is the only mirror lens I have ever had and it looks to be a fairly old model. I will confirm the filter size when I dig it out in the morning. (at work at the moment)

Monty

Here are a few pics of the Sigma 600mm mirror lens + the holder, it has a filter still in it and I can confirm it is 22.5mm, The pic of the filters is an old one I took when I first got it, I no longer have them.

If you want it, its yours for the price of postage, but the lens is pretty much junk in my opinion, you can have the other bits and I will dispose of the lens and save you some postage if thats what you want.

You can find a review of this lens here
B&H in the US appear to have the filters in stock

These are the filters you will need to source
