Another GREAT endorsement for SRS Microsystems that I thought I would let you all know about! I recently ordered a used DA 18-55 WR lens from SRS for £49, this was to partner my K-5 in inclement weather as mentioned in this thread. Today I got a phone call advising me that Royal Mail had damaged the lens beyond repair during transit However, now the good news; SRS are sending me a brand new one in replacement for no extra cost and I didn't even ask them to do this! How's that for customer service!!
