I'll dig around. I think these are the same as Hoyarex?

I don't know about the Hoyarex fittings - the Ambico adapters are just over 77mm diameter, and about 1.7mm thick. That's 3.04" and 0.07" in the measurement system they would have used in USA 30+ years back.
A mm or so off the diameter would not be critical, and a bit oversize can always be skimmed off in a lathe.

Has anyone got an Ambico 62mm Adapter (for the 3" square filter mount) in their odds-and-ends box, please?
I could use the 52mm and 58mm ones as well - I covered those sizes by turning down the adapters from someone else's brand from an 80mm square set. Not a perfect solution but they work. The shop I got those from has long since closed.
