I'm considering upgrading to a K5 mark ll so you might be interested in my K5. I bought it from a forum member a few months ago, it's in pristine unmarked condition, complete with box, software, charger, etc. Body only - no lens. (please be aware though that the instruction manual is in French, so I will include an English PDF version on a disc) Shutter count is 1226 and I'm guessing it may still have some warranty left on it and I'll sell at £475.00. That includes RMSD (UK only)and paypal fee!

If you're willing to lower price a bit, I'll consider it! I have an offer for another K-5 that is £410 (admittedly, a bit older than yours).

SRS sell used k-5 with 12 months warranty for around £449 they had quiet a few due to the trade in allowance on a new k-5 mkii.

Yeah and there making a loss with mine (k-5)offered more than there getting back in return..

Alternatively I also have a Samsung GX10 (the equivalent of the KD10) which I've owned from new, is in lovely condition, body unmarked, a slight streak to one side of the focus screen but hardly noticeable, a spare battery - not a Pentax but good quality, and a brand new rear screen protector that's not yet been put on the camera. There are a couple of slight smudge marks on the rear screen, but of no consequence and the shutter count stands at 6019. It's not a K5 or a K30 but it is a cracking camera which if you are interested you could have for £175.00 - body only with box and all inclusions, software, leads, charger, etc. Again postage and paypal fees included...

One for 1700 shutter trips was same price today.. you missed it... they had about 20 on sale in last couple of weeks....

Call them maybe the ebay adverts ran out and havent reposted them yet, I know mine hasnt gone up for sale yet with less than a 1000 actuations..
If the camera was bought from SRS then you can transfer the warranty over, one of the benefits of SRS sponsoring the forum but as you have bought it used already I don't think it will be transferable but I could be wrong..

I responded to a request, with an offer. A fair and transparent offer!
I did say that I Think it should qualify for warranty but in all honesty, no, I can't be certain.
However, as stated above, the offer is transparent, there's no attempt at deception, no one's hand is being forced, the offer is without obligation or pressure.
This is a forum after all where advice is sought and help freely provided.
If any one can steer the OP to a better deal then good luck to the OP and the forum has triumphed as well.
