W80 POOR IMAGE QUALITY

As regular participants of this forum will know I (and others) has big issues with the IQ of the W80. I eventually after Pentax agreed a full refund bought a FT2. Anyway this was partly because I never heard back from Pentax, the last e mail I sent them was December 2009. GUESS WHAT? Iv`e just received an e mail from Hans Libbers (Pentax) to say that my problem would be forwarded to the Pentax head office.... it took seven months for a reply. Too late Pentax, much too late.
