Superb set and some very attractive images, love the reflections on the sand in the first image.

All very good - I have seen these in the gallery and commented on a fair few! I am envious of you as I live 2 hours from the coast and don't often get the opportunity for a seaside trip.

Hi David - pleased you like them but actually only one of these has appeared in the gallery - number 5 - the version here is a b+w conversion (I have put similar previous ones in the gallery though). All very good - I have seen these in the gallery and commented on a fair few! I am envious of you as I live 2 hours from the coast and don't often get the opportunity for a seaside trip.

I live approx 1 hr 45 minutes from Sandsend - it doesn't put me off - all of these were taken on Saturday - I was there 2 hours - 3.5 hours driving - worth it to me as I love the sea!

Whoops! Sorry if I got the wrong images Carl, but they are all very good anyway! Credit to you for driving all that way to the coast. I suppose I have too many distractions near home as we have the Peak District and lots of nice countryside nearby as well as some good historical sites. I'll get round to the seaside trips soon I think!!

No worries about about thinking you had seen them before - it just proves what I said initially - time for me to leave Sansdend alone for a while - time to move on
I live in North Yorks in Nidderdale - so know exactly what you mean about local distractions - the number of beauty spots on my door step is embarrassing - but I was born and raised in a fishing port and the call of the sea is just too strong
