value of an LX?

I have 35 LXs on my ebay-sales database. Minimum price £85.00, maximum price. with various extras £641.96, average price £243.91. For a good example, body only or with an unexciting lens, £250-£300 is about right. Check for the famous "sticky mirror" problem and the state of the light seals. If it has the FA-1W viewfinder it is worth a little more.

What would you estimate the value of a Pentax LX in excellent condition? Have one at hand I am seriously considering buying.
