Under-17s Pentathlete

Here are a few from a heat in Solihull today for pentathletes. Taken with K-1 and mostly Sigma 150-500 in poor lighting so high ISOs. The lad in all the pics is the National under-17s Pentathlon champion - my grandson!

Nice set, I like the swimmer waiting to dive in. Looks like you were limited with the backgrounds and foregrounds.

Thanks Gareth. Yes I had to stand behind a barrier and couldn't get an oblique shot or looking up the swim lanes as there were distance marker flags strung across the pool. I will crop out the wheel in that shot though. That new 70-200 f2.8 would have been handy!
