Two red ones, two blue ones and an elderly *istD

It never ceases to amaze me how the original Pentax *istD can still hold its head up and challenge today's super machines.
There was so little light around on this cold, grey winter day that I dug out an equally venerable Cobra650 film era flash and
an off-the-camera cable and went into the garden looking for inspiration.

The only colourful things out there were a winter pansy with some water droplets, a dried up Cotoneaster Horizontalis berry
and some rose hips. I'll leave you to decide whether the *ist and an M series 100mm macro lens are up to modern standards.

*istD on manual, ISO400, 1/150sec
Pentax-M 100mm macro @f8
Cobra650 flash on manual @1/4 power
Processed with Faststone Image Viewer
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
