Well, thanks for the help (not). After watching a video on YouTube I found out that you have to take the photos in live view, press the right hand button to the right of the back screen, move across until you come across SATOBI.

Isn't Satobi just another colour profile like "Natural", "Vivid", "Black and white" etc?
